I made a major life change and moved to the Pacific North West two years ago and rather than try to sell my home while the housing market was still recovering, I decided to rent out my house. I checked around with other property management companies and ended up going with ACM Property Management, which was recommended by a friend. I have been very pleased with Mary’s efforts on my behalf. She advertised for and found a really qualified tenant who rented for a year and one-half. Because that tenant found employment elsewhere, Mary has now found other tenants who also appear to be working out quite well.
